Since our product is consumable, for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept any returns.

Shipping Chocolate and Perishable Items

We've created unique packaging to keep your brigadeiros safe and delicious in transit. All of our treats are handmade then sealed and packaged with care. We use our custom designed packaging to ensure that our hand-crafted brigadeiros and sweet treats arrive at your door in perfect condition - guaranteed.

Shipping Details

Shipping Orders are orders that are shipped nationwide to all 50 states (including HI and AK!) via FedEx, UPS and the USPS. Due to the perishable nature of our brigadeiros and treats we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.  There is a $25 minimum for shipping orders. At checkout you are able to specify a shipping date.  We schedule all our orders to ensure your treats and brigadeiros are never in transit longer than 3 days. All of our orders ship with one of the following options; FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Ground, UPS Standard Overnight, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or local courier delivery.

Shipping Methods

Standard: Our least expensive shipping option. Ships out with either FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, FedEx 2 Day, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or US Priority Mail. In transit for 1-2 days and will arrive by end of day (usually by 8PM) after shipping.

Expedited: Ships out with one of the following options; FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, or USPS Express Mail. In transit for one day and will arrive by 8PM on the arrival date selected. 

Storing Brigadeiros, Chocolates and Perishables

Please open your order as soon as it arrives! If you don't plan on eating your brigadeiros and treats right away it is fine to save them for later.  Our hand made brigadeiros can be frozen for up to 30 days after arrival, just put them in the freezer in our handy plastic trays and defrost for 30-45 minutes before eating.  Our other chocolate, popcorn and other sweet treats should be consumed within 2-3 days of receiving them.

Order Tracking

After placing your order you will receive an email from us that includes the order's tracking number once your order has been processed. You will receive additional emails from us when your order has left our facility and is on the way to your our your recipient.  You can use the tracking number from our confirmation email to track your package at any time.
