Where We Ship

Due to the perishable nature of our brigadeiros, we do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Custom-Built Packaging
We designed our packaging specifically for perishable chocolate. Each brigadeiro is placed in a custom tray, sealed by hand in our Miami commercial kitchen, and packed to arrive in perfect condition every time.
Shipping Carriers
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and chosen delivery date to get your order there at its freshest.

Open your order as soon as it arrives. Brigadeiros are at their best within the first few days of arriving, and keep at room temperature for up to 5 days. If you want them to last longer, the fridge gets you to 14 days and the freezer to 6 months. An airtight container is best because it keeps them from picking up other smells, but the tray they shipped in works fine.
Let them sit out for 10 to 20 minutes before eating so the texture and flavor come back. Other treats like chocolates and popcorn are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days of arrival.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is processed, and another notification when it leaves our facility.
Use the tracking number to follow your package on the carrier's website at any time. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder or reach out and we'll resend it.

Because our brigadeiros are a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons. This is standard for handcrafted perishables.
