Brigadeiros are a traditional Brazilian dessert, generally made of condensed milk, cocoa and a sprinkle of magic. They're not quite a bonbon, or a truffle, or fudge but a combination of all of these into a bite-sized ball of happiness, hand rolled in high quality toppings that are guaranteed to put a grin on your face with every bite!

We have a purpose built commercial kitchen in Miami, Florida where we imported our machines from Brazil. As with all brigadeiros, they are cooked in a slow and steady approach and then hand rolled in our premium toppings. They are then hand packed in our proprietary packaging to ensure they get to you perfectly every time!

Brigadeiros are bite-sized wonders of the dessert world, like little flavor-packed treasures that dance on your taste buds. If you have some self control, we encourage you to make them a two bite dessert so you can really enjoy their creamy center. But we know, realistically, that that's not going to happen. That's why we would never send you just one! These Brazilian delights may be small, but their deliciousness knows no bounds!

Most of our flavors are nut-free, but please note that all of our brigadeiros are made in a kitchen where nut ingredients are used. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any products have not come into contact with any allergens. Yes! We make our brigadeiros in small batches, made to order. Our custom made packaging ensures
that your products will arrive fresh - guaranteed!

In the unlikely event that you don't eat all your brigadeiros as soon as you open the box, don't worry! Our brigadeiros will be fresh at room temperature for up to five days. If you need to keep them longer, they can be refrigerated for up to 14 days or frozen for 6 months. Just allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying. (10-20 minutes) Sealing them in an airtight container will make sure they don't absorb any fridge or freezer smells.

We package your brigadeiros very carefully right after we make them and ship them out right away via UPS, FedEx or the USPS depending on your choices and your delivery needs. If the weather is too warm, we will add some ice packs to make sure all your treats get there perfectly!
